What are Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEM)?
The California Democratic Party (CDP) hosts Assembly District Election Meetings (ADEM) in February of each odd-numbered year to elect 7 “self-identified female” and 7 “other than self-identified female” as Assembly District Delegates to represent the district to the CDP and state Party Conventions.

Online: To receive an online ballot in the ADEM election, use this registration form. Online option is available only until January 30, 2025.

Online: January 31, 2025 to February 23, 2025 6:00 PM. Your ballots will be emailed to you!

Assembly District 51
Assembly District 51 encompasses all of Santa Monica, parts of West Los Angeles, all of Beverly Hills, all of West Hollywood, and parts of Hollywood. Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur (D-Los Angeles) represents the district.
